India and the Netherlands have strengthened their bilateral relationship by signing 17 strategic agreements and MoUs
during Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s visit, expanding cooperation across semiconductors, technology, clean energy, education, healthcare, agriculture, and migration. Both countries adopted the India–Netherlands Strategic Partnership Roadmap 2026–2030, designed to enhance collaboration in trade, innovation, global partnerships, and advanced technologies. Major agreements included a partnership between Tata Electronics and ASML to support semiconductor manufacturing in Dholera, Gujarat, and an MoU on critical minerals cooperation. The two nations also expanded collaboration in renewable energy, green hydrogen, water management, healthcare, and agricultural innovation, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainable development and economic growth. Additional initiatives in education, customs cooperation, and technology partnerships are expected to strengthen trade relations and position both countries as key partners in innovation and advanced manufacturing ecosystems.
